systems and service solutions to mid-sized business customers. Principle
enterprise partners include Avaya, and Cisco Systems.
2002-2007: Regional Sales Manager: In 2nd quarter
of 2002, I replaced 2 regional
managers in the western US, managed 13 foodservice brokers and took sales from
–3% versus previous years sales to +30% by year-end, my 2004 sales were 34%
over 2003. My sales in the Southwest region with 11 brokers through the end of
2005 were +38% over 2004 sales (with 13 brokers). This increase led all sales regions of the
company. Double digit sales/profit increases every year. Products included
thaw/serve, and bake/serve pies, muffins, and cookies, as well as dry mixes and
syrup blends.
LA FRANCAISE BAKERY/PENNANT
FOODS, Division of SCIS Foodservices
2001- 2002: National Accounts
Manager: Promoted to newly created position of National Accounts
Manager, Convenience Stores. Set up national convenience store program,
including all marketing and sales management decisions, new product development
and pricing. I was responsible for hiring and managing a national C-Store
broker, as well as coordinating C-Store sales efforts through the foodservice
sales force.
2000-2001: Regional Sales Manager: Managed 11 foodservice
brokers in the western US. Led all regional managers in percentage sales growth
and gross profit. Products included frozen bakery items, including thaw/serve
and bake/serve croissants, bagels, Danish, muffins, puff pastry and laminated
doughs.
FOXTAIL FOODS, Division of
Perkins Restaurants
1998-2000: Regional Sales Manager: Set up broker sales network in western US, managed
nine foodservice brokers. Products included thaw/serve and bake/serve pies,
muffins, and cookies, as well as dry mixes and syrup blends. Final year’s sales were up 97% over previous
year.
LOUISIANA GAS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION
1994-1998: Regional Marketing Manager: Presented future drilling programs to current and
potential investors in North Texas. Generated leads on potential new investors
for drilling programs. Performed customer service functions for existing
customers in North Texas Region.
